Every individual subscriber is issued a Permanent Retirement Account Number (PRAN) card

Time frame for PRAN Generation 15 Days from the date of Apply

· 12 digit unique number

· Issued by Government of India, hence can be used as Identity Proof

· In case lost/stolen, Provision of reprint of PRAN card on chargeable basis (Rs. 40/-)

For Re issuing of PRAN Card

Charges for PRAAN re-issue is Rs.40/-

Customer can also download PRAN card from online after login

To check the status of PRAN application form:

Subscriber Registration Request Status with PRAN/Acknowledgement Number

Tracking the dispatch status for PRAN (New Registered PRAN, Re-issued PRAN, Re-issued I-PIN/T-PIN)

Once the PRAN is generated, an email alert as well as a SMS alert will be sent to the registered email ID

and mobile number of the subscriber.
